Abstract
China's property rights market has gradually developed as an indispensable part of Chinese capital market. This paper takes the Changjiang River Property Rights Market as an example to study the integration of our country's regional property rights market. With the fundamental theories of property rights exchange as a basis, this paper explore and discuss the possibility of building a common market as well as the future tendency of the regional property rights market.
