Abstract
This brief considers fractional-delay finite-length impulse response (FIR) filters and a class of supersymmetricMth-band linear-phase FIR filters utilizing partially symmetric and partially antisymmetric impulse responses. Design examples reveal significant multiplication savings, depending on the specification, as compared to traditional filters.
