Abstract
Ecological environment protection becomes another important task of land consolidation and rehabilitation plan except increasing the quantity and improving the quality of cultivated land. Based on the analysis of ecological land situation in Huairou, ecological risk assessment system was constructed to classify 3 ecological risk levels. Southern plain belongs to high ecological risk area, central hilly area belongs to medium ecological risk area and northern mountainous area belongs to low ecological risk area. According to the results, construct ecological network with a multistage structuremultiple cores, ecological corridors and substrate. 2 nature reserves and 3 reservoirs are established as primary cores and 22 natural scenic spots as secondary cores, 2 roads are established as primary corridors, another 14 roads and 8 rivers as secondary corridors, and rural roads as third corridors, farmland and forest land are established as the main substrate. Ecological network construction provides a new idea for county land consolidation and rehabilitation plan.
