Abstract

The decoupling control of AC Hybrid Magnetic Bearing will be resolved for realizing high speed and high precision operation because of coupling among displacements. In the paper, the configuration and working principle of active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) are introduced. Based on establishing the state equations of active magnetic bearings multivariable system, the strategy of multivariable active disturbance rejection decoupling control is put forward, and the correlation control arithmetic is given. According to parameters of the experiment rig, the decoupling control system is set up. Focusing on the system performance, the simulation is carried out. The simulation results show that the decoupling control system is succeed in decoupling control of multivariable system, and the system has good dynamic and static performance.
