Abstract
Based on Chinese reality, we must continue to promote technological innovation and enterprise culture construction of a common mechanism. Enterprise Culture is a unique cultural management with the core of value, power source of technology innovation. Enterprise Culture provides a power source for technology innovation and it is the foundation to guarantee the performance of enterprise technological innovation strategy.
