Abstract

Results of measurements of thermoluminescence for γ‐irradiated pure, and magnesia‐doped alumina ceramics are presented. A self‐consistent method of glow curve analysis led to results differing from those previously reported in the literature, with smaller trapping energies and realistic attempt‐frequency factors.
