Abstract

Abstract High performance, low‐cost, collaborative applications have enabled access to large amounts of situational awareness information suitable for the creation of the Battlespace picture. The Virtual Command Post provides decision makers with a perspective display of a command center's environment into which multiple information screens are mapped onto virtual walls. A prototype virtual command post, the VirtRoom application, is described.
