Abstract
Scientific and technique innovation practice by college students as an approach improving college students' accomplishment is an important part of China's reform especially in higher education and science area in this new era. By analyzing the internal requirements (such as psychological quality, practical ability and knowledge level. ect.) and external factors (such as policies, campus environment and social atmosphere, etc) which affect the practice of college students and their affections, the paper studies the method to establish an innovation platform system specific to college students' scientific activities.
