Abstract

The quality of higher education is the evaluation of values between the property of higher education as the social activity to cultivate post-secondary students and the explicit and hidden needs of all the subjects who participate in higher education. Nowadays there are many problems in higher education quality, and the solutions are: establishing a scientific outlook towards quality, a quality assurance system, a self-monitoring system for quality, a monitoring system from external quality evaluation agencies and a certification system of QHE that meets the international standards.
