Vasovesiculography: Cyst of the Seminal Vesicle Associated with Agenesis of the Ipsilateral Kidney

Abstract

The authors present a case of seminal vesicle cyst associated with agenesis of the ipsilateral kidney. Various diagnostic methods are discussed. The authors believe that vasovesiculography offers the best approach to demonstrating the cyst. Differential diagnosis includes cysts of the wolffian duct which are usually larger, midline, and do not contain spermatozoa.
