Abstract
Demand management has been one popular topic in supply chain management, but there is little attention on the demand forecasting in customized items. This study determines customized levels and proposes the ordering policies of standard and customized material, respectively. Furthermore, the model is tested to be reasonable using real demand data collected from a manufacturing firm in the last three years.
