Abstract
This paper reviews the developments in cast-in-place concrete cable-stayed bridges in the United States. It describes characteristic structural details for the superstructure system, towers, and stay-cables, with associated design considerations, and presents the methods of construction of these bridges. Some significant bridges are discussed in detail.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
