Abstract

Distribution systempsilas management was based on the management of point, line, surface objection on the area. There were figure data and attribution data in this management which form GIS with special space in-fighting. The paper adopted SuperMap2000 and VB as developing tools, explored designing scheme, developing process and overall function designing of rural power enterprises' distribution system GIS.
