Abstract
To a considerable extent, school construction in Belorussia is financed by government capital investments as well as by local initiative. For this reason, it is useful for public education officials to acquaint themselves with the basic principles pertaining to the planning and financing of construction and to providing construction projects with technical specifications, materials, and equipment.
