Sources and information: Recruiting and maintaining minority faculty

Abstract An annotated bibliography is provided that reflects major issues involved in the recruitment and retention of community college minority faculty, including abstracts of articles on state‐level diversity plans, on developing a pipeline for minority faculty to teach at two‐year colleges, and on the role of leadership and its ability to affect community college diversity.
