Abstract
The temperature dependence of the upper critical magnetic field H c2 of two-band MgB 2 superconductor samples with various imperfection was studied. It was shown that the dependence of H c2 on the residual resistivity can be described using theoretical concepts on the upper critical magnetic field of single-band superconductors. The parameters of the σ band rather than the entire Fermi surface consisting of two bands ( π and σ ) were used in the description.
