Abstract
This paper presents a blackboard-based multi-agent intelligent decision support system, which is divided into interaction layer, intelligent decision-making layer and resource layer. In this system, the blackboard architecture for distributed systems provides a public work area; agents in each layer can use the blackboard to exchange information, data and knowledge, mutually coordinate and cooperate to accomplish their respective task. At the same time this paper also emphasizes on the integration of the wisdom of decision-makers and system.
