Abstract
Women across the globe experience gender oppression in many, and different, ways. Colleta Chitsike refuses to see the fight against gender injustices as a 'Northern' concept. As a woman from the 'South', she sees gender injustice as it affects her personally, as well as the ways in which it affects other women.
