Abstract
This article describes The Theatre of Creative Involvement in terms of its differences from Children's Theatre and Creative Dramatics. It presents the Theatre as consisting of three steps or encounters. It focuses on The Theatre of Creative Involvement as (1) a way to introduce the child to theatre and (2) a way to fulfill the child's basic needs.
