Abstract
A fairly personal discussion of cybernetics and its future. The systems approach has yet to show its potency and full use. Cybernetics is the science of the regulation of large, complex, probabilistic systems and must be looked at whole. The world would benefit from the use of cybernetic principles in the design of systems — an holistic world government.
