针灸对小儿腹泻血清TNF-α、IL-6的影响

Objective: To investigate effect of conventional and acupuncture treatment On Serum Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α) In Infantile Diarrhea.Methods: All 124 cases of infantile diarrhea patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group，The control group was treated by conventional treatment，The Observation group was on the basis of conventional treatment combined with acupuncture treatment, Once a day,3 days is a period of treatment, Observe the different expression of serum IL-6 and TNF-α of the Observation group and the control group on before and after treatment.Results :Serum IL-6 and TNF-αin Infantile Diarrhea Influence were higher than the normal, The Observation group was on the basis of conventional treatment combined with acupuncture treatment, the control group of serum IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than the control group, There were statistically significant differences.Adverse reactions in observation group are presented as slight tingling, which was prevented by soaking water, the effect of pre-psychological prevention in two patients with syncope is good.Conclusion: The conventional treatment combined with acupuncture treatment is a safe and effective treatment in infantile diarrhea.
