공동주택 프로젝트의 건설사별 공기경쟁력 비교분석

Recently, rapid changes of construction environment drive construction companies, main participants of construction industry, to adapt moreover lead the new paradigm. The main changes of construction industry can be summarized as advent of construction open market, large scale of project, specialty of project, the development of construction technology and method, customer's diverse demands. But, the studies related to the construction duration are out-of-dated or not detail to analyze the critical works' duration which composes the total construction duration. On the contrary, this study compared and analyzed the construction duration calculating criteria and the actual construction durations of apartment constructions which are started recently in four years. The outcome of this study can be summarized as follows. First, this study decided the considering factors to calculate the construction duration during bidding stage through investigating the established studies, construction management procedures or mannuals, companies' construction duration calculating criteria, and interviews with scheduler or specialist of construction planning. Second, this study compared and analyzed the leading eight construction companies' apartment construction duration calculating criteria and the actual apartment construction durations of current domestic construction companies. Third, this study presented the basic information for construction companies to get the construction duration superiority through inspecting the strengths about the most leading company among the checked eight construction companies.
