Abstract
Different statistical packages may produce different results of statistical analysis such as normality test. It happens due to different computational methods. This study tries to explore normality test beased on different statistical packages. We vary different sample sizes to bes tested based on a numerical example. We found that SAS, Minitab, and R produce different conclusion with regard to normality test. Meanwhile, sample size also has effect on the test of normality where larger sample size tends to produce conclusion of normality.
