Abstract

Child neurology as a speciality has its roots in thefields of pediatrics and neurology Dramatic changes have occured in the practice of pediatric neurology such as computed tomography magnetic resonance imaging etc In the absence of valid estimates of an optimal number of child neurologists needed for the care of children and their families and for the conduct of training and research studies in the clinical neurosciences there is no standart by which it is possible to judge objectively whether the current rate of training of child neurology as manifested by acquiring membership in the child neurology society is adequate Key words: Pediatric Neurology Future Training
