Abstract

We provided the results of investigations of changes in the microvasculature of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity of different intranasal medicines (intranasal decongestants, saline solutions for irrigation treatment, topical corticosteroids) using laser Doppler flowmetry. A comprehensive study of the effect of drugs on the nasal mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, using laser Doppler flowmetry, also assessed mucociliary clearance, respiratory function of the nose, and some subjective symptoms. A single application of the main groups of intranasal drugs studied 90 healthy persons rinologicheski, 15 persons investigated microcirculatory blood flow in the nasal cavity in the early postoperative period when using nasal decongestants and irrigation facilities to the nasal cavity. Demonstrated the relationship of changes in the microvasculature of the action of drugs on the nasal mucous membrane of the nasal cavity. We revealed the influence of drugs on the mucous membrane and the microcirculation of the nasal cavity after rinologicheskih operations. We detected earlier than previously thought, the development of tachyphylaxis to microvascular nasal decongestants, noted the positive impact of irrigation treatment of the nasal cavity on the state of microvascular nasal cavity in the postoperative period.
