Abstract
Abstract Let X be a nonsingular curve of genus 2 over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 2. We show that the moduli space of semistable rank two vector bundles with a fixed determinant of even degree on X is isomorphic to the three dimensional projective space. We prove results on orthogonal and spin bundles on hyperelliptic curves generalising this result.
