Abstract
Dear our reader,We launched the journal of JCER in 2013. In the last two years, we have published four issues in total. In our previous issue, Prof. Dr. Alipaşa AYAS, a member of our journal’s editors, was our guest editor of JCER journal. I thank him a lot. In our future issues, I am glad to announce that we will benefit from other faculty members found in the council of editors.We are excited and happy to publish the first issue of 2015 (Volume 3, Issue 5). We will be with our readers in the same excitement in each of our future issues. In the present issue, there are eight research articles. Four of these studies are in English as whole texts. Many thanks to the Authors who have shared their studies with us as well as to the referees who have made contributions with their valuable ideas.In the process, the necessary precautions have been taken to increase the quality of the journal and to address a larger population. In order to avoid any scientific ethical violations, the studies were scanned with the Cross Check system, and it was found that the studies published are original articles. In addition, the JCER journal are available in such indices as Index Copernicus, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Cite Factor, OAJI, NewJour, Research Bible, Academia Social Sciences Index (ASOS), Turkish Education Index, Academic Index, Google Scholar, SCIPIO, Academic Keys and Scientific Indexing Service. Also, our journal is now accessible in ULAKBİM Turkish JournalPark, and as a result of the protocols signed with related units, studies published in the present issue of our journal have been given DOI number. I thank Murat Yalman, the deputy editor of the journal, for his full support and efforts for the journal and thank the council of editors who have contributed in the publication process. I also thank Mehmet Duranlıoğlu for his English reduction studies.I look forward to seeing you in the next issue of the Journal of Computer and Education Research /JCER.
