Abstract
Aim Identifying the original cell line of Echinococcus granulosus Methods SOD isoenzyme patters of cells from E granulosus cell line,E granulosus protoscoleces and cyst fluid and hydatidosis patient had been analysed through polycrylamid gel electrophoresis Result The SOD isoenzyme band of E granulosus cell line were same as that of the protoscolex and cyst fluid, but more markedly from that of from patient Conclusion It indicates that the cell line of E granulosus(13G-5)in which was from hydatid patient and protoscoles cells are homogeneous This study had laid foundation for identifying the cell line of E granulosus from its origin
