Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of DOUSA-HOU on the behavior of the social interaction of three autistic children. Relaxing and straining intentionally bodies of themselves, this researcher studied how the negativeness behaviors of social interaction and the affirmative behaviors of social interaction to performance of tasks would be changed. When this investigator started the DOUSA-HOU to the autistic children, they abhorred it. But children gradual accepted and concentrated their attention on DOUSA-HOU. Through it, the negativeness behaviors of social interaction to performance of tasks of all of them were decreased, and the affirmative behaviors, like answering to a teacher's calling by name and performing tasks, of social interaction to performance of tasks of all of them were increased. The results of this study involved; through the DOUSA-HOU, 1) the affirmative behaviors of social interaction to performance of tasks of autistic children were increased, 2) the negativeness behaviors of social interaction to performance of tasks of them were decreased, 3) the increased behaviors of social interaction and the decreased behaviors of social interaction through the DOUSA-HOU maintained and generated in circumstances with peer child.
