Abstract

The chemical shifts and spin–spin coupling constants of fluorine are described. The theoretical calculations of fluorine NMR parameters are reviewed. The special experimental requirements of fluorine NMR are considered. Applications of fluorine NMR spectroscopy to the study of biochemical, and pharmaceutical problems are discussed.
