Abstract
An overview of the work being carried out on dense pinch discharges at the Optics and Plasma Physics Laboratory is presented. Llampüdkeñ, a 250 ns rise time, 1 MA pulser is described. X‐pinch work carried out on Llampüdkeñ is described, as well as a shell type gas embedded Z‐pinch and a high current capillary discharge in GEPOPU.
