Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of the paper is to describe: (a) the stratigraphy of the Upper Cretaceous Cardium formation in an area between Athabasca River and Peace River in northwest Alberta, and (b) to illustrate the impact of pre-Cardium geological history on the processes of Cardium sedimentation and hydrocarbon accumulation within the Cardium unit.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
