Abstract

This book covers the methodologies associated with the chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, molecular biology, and therapeutic applications of nitric oxide (NO). In addition, specific methods for the preparation and handling of NO solutions and related NO donors are discussed, together with other procedures such as characterizing enzyme systems associated with NO metabolism.
