Comparison of land consolidation procedures in Slovenia and Bavaria

The thesis analyses the valid legislation in the field of agricultural land consolidation in \nSlovenia and compares it with the valid legislation in the field of agricultural land \nconsolidation in Bavaria. It shows the course of procedures, organization of all parties \ninvolved and many possibilities of executing the agricultural land consolidation in both \ncountries. History of land consolidationin of both countries is described and in this way \ndifferent historical backrounds for the execution of land consolidation. It also shows different \nreasons for the present state of land consolidation in both countries. The main purpose of the \nthesis is to point out the advantages of agricultural land consolidation in Bavaria, with the \npossibility to apply the Bavarian method in the Slovene agricultural land consolidation \nprocess. There are also some suggestions how to improve the process of land consolidation in \nSlovenia.
