Abstract
Objective To review the isolation and drug sensitivity of Burkholderid depacia and provide foundation for clinical therapy of nosocomial infection by Burkholderid depacia.Method Identification of 79 strains of Burkholderid depacia were performed by MicroscanWalkAway 96SI.Result A total of 79 strains of B.cepacia were isolated,75.95% of which were from lower respiatory tract and 16.46% from blood. The bacteria showed high antibacterial resistance to Amikacin,Gentamicin,Aztreonam,Piperacillin,Cefotaxime,Cefepime,Ceftazidime and Ciprofloxacin, but were susceptive to Trimethoprim/Sufamethoxazole and Piperacillin/tazobacta.Conclusion The antimicrobial resistance of B.cepacia was severe especially in ICU and should be paid more affention.
