Abstract
To ensure that the development of communication technology in Malaysia is synchronized with that in developed countries, the development of telecommunication systems in rural areas especially should not be omitted. With the application of a communication system based on satellite, nobody in Malaysia should be left behind in enjoying the facility to communicate with other people around the globe. But the main problem faced by rural communities is that they do not have a telecommunication infrastructure in their area. This paper deals with the design of satellite communications to provide a telecommunication system to the people in that area of Malaysia.
