Open publisher page 1 citations

Abstract

First an introduction to the flip-tick architecture is given. A development toolkit for the architecture is then outlined. Traffic control systems are modeled using the architecture. The program structure of the traffic simulation is explained as well as the interface. A brief summary concludes the paper.
