Abstract
ABSTRACT Erythroderma is an inflammation skin disease characterized by generalized erythema and scales. Erythroderma may result from a variety of causes such as extended skin disease, drug allergy, sistemic disease and idiophatic. Approximately 23% of erythroderma were caused by psoriasis. Erythroderma can be life-threatening because the skin loses its protective function. Patients are usually hospitalized to anticipate any potential systemic complications that may occur. This paper reports a case of erythroderma due to extended vulgaris psoriasis disease in a 37-year-old woman presented with redness skin and scales involving almost the entireof the body area. The patient was treated with systemic antihistamineand topical emollient that resulted in clinical improvement. .Keywords:erythroderma, Psoriasis Vulgaris, Systemic antihistamine
