Abstract
This paper proposes a system for the global home energy management, which adjusts the electric energy consumption and production for the building. The available flexibilities of the services provided by domestic appliances are used to compute optimal planning for appliance controls. Three optimization criteria are used: the user's comfort, the economic cost and the CO2 equivalent rejection. A three layers control approach is used to first compute consumption/production coordination plans and then to dynamically adjust the computed plan to actual consumption/production data. Application examples are given.
