Abstract

A brief note on the teacher-training college, Rusden which taught generations of secondary school teachers in sciences, the humanities, Physical Education, Media Studies, Dance and Drama is presented. An edit of the roundtable discussion held at the University of Melbourne about Rusden and its place in relation to training for practitioners and for people working in theatre is provided.
