Abstract

Studied was the change in the composition of the microflora and the state of the organs of the oral cavity in long-term use of antiseptic toothpaste. The microflora of the oral cavity was studied in 167 people, 60 of whom were under the dynamic examination. Restoration of the oral microflora after a single use of antiseptic toothpaste occurs within 1 hour. Long-term use (more than 2 weeks) of antiseptic toothpaste has a positive effect on the pH and the microstructure of oral fluid and the composition of the microflora.
