Abstract

A new tabulate coral named as Ohnopora hayasakai is described.This is found at the iower part of the Ohno formation, typically developed at Ohno, Kitakami mountains.It somewhat resembles Syringolites, but may be generically distinct from the latter.Age may be the Lower Devonian.5S6 M. Minato and N. Minoura
