Technic of the wrist artroscopy and arthroscopic anatomy of the wrist (A cadaver study)

Abstract Diagnosis of the wrist disorders is still a problem thorough all the evolutions of the medical technology. Arthroscopy of the wrist is a procedure that is usefull in direct observing of the soft tissues and chondral structure of the radiocarpal and also midcarpal joints. Arthroscopic examination of the wrist needs a good knowledge of the arthroscopic anatomy. In this cadaver study, a fresh wrist is examined arthroscopically and the anatomic structures are dissected in order to compare with their arthroscopic view. Özet El bileği hastalıklarının tanısı tıbbi teknolojik gelişmelere rağmen günümüzde halen önemli bir sorun oluşturmaya devam etmektedir. El bileği artroskopisi, radiokarpal, ulnocarpal ve midkarpal eklemlerin yumuşak dokularının ve kıkırdak yapılarının direkt olarak gözlenmesine ve olası durumlarda tedavisine olanak sağlamaktadır. EI bileğinin artroskopik muayenesi, el bileğin artroskopik anatomisinin, özellikle Iigamantöz anatominin iyi bilinmesini gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, taze bir kadavra el bileği artroskopik olarak incelenmiş ve daha sonra anatomik yapılar disseke edilerek artroskopik görüntülerle karşılaştırılmıştır.
