Development mode and reform orientation of competitive sports in China.

By basing their approach on the development of competitive sports in China,the authors studied the origin and driving power of the development of competitive sports in China,analyzed the historical framework for the generation of competitive sports in China,probed into the reform orientation of the development of competitive sports in China,and put forward the following opinions: the main framework of the nationwide system is a sports system that is provided with Chinese features,generated for the development of competitive sports,a policy stipulation and institutional arrangement made by the Communist Party and the state for the development of sports,therefore the transition of the mode of development of competitive sports in China should be gradually reformed in progressive perfection;moreover,for the practical transition of the mode of development of competitive sports in China,there should be new ideas and breakthroughs,the intrinsic path of winning victories for the nation in competitive sports should be broken,the mode of development of competitive sports under the nationwide system should be renovated,and the value system and running system of competitive sports should be adjusted and perfected.
