Abstract
In this work, corn straw was pretreated by dilute acid method, reducing sugar in the hydrolysate was measured by DNS method. After analysis on hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time, sulfuric acid concentration and solid-to-liquid ratio separately, the optimized hydrolysis conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments:corn straw was treated with 0.6% sulfuric acid at 121 ℃ for 1h,and solid-to-liquid ratio is 10%.
