Analysis on the Government Function in Industrial Cluster's Formation and Development

Abstract

The formation and development of industrial cluster have their own evolutionary laws, but the government function can not be neglected. Combining the characteristics of the industrial cluster's lifecycle in different stages, the government should give full play of the functions like support, coordination and guiding, it should also provide policy guarantee and environment support for the industrial cluster's development.
