Abstract
UNIX의 한글화 방법에 있어 UNIX 커널 및 기본 유틸리티를 수정하는 방법과 MNLS와 같은 UNIX의 국제화 툴을 사용하는 방법의 두 가지 구현 방법을 연구하고 UNIX 국제화 동향을 UI, POSIX 등의 국제표준안에 관련지어 조사하여 한글화의 방향을 가늠해 보았으며 국내에서 개발된 한글 UNIX 제품들의 한글화 관계 항목을 조사하여 비교, 분석하였다.
