Abstract
Through laboratory and medium-scale production workshop test,the optimal yeast culture conditions were established,and an excellent choice yeast production technology was formed,and the feed-grade yeast culture in high quality at low price was produced.The result showed that the best liquid medium was composed of 2 % glucose,1.8 % of maltose,0.5% ammonium sulfate,0.5 %potassium chloride,0.5 % magnesium sulfate,0.5 % sodium chloride and potato juice.The optimum time to culture yeast in liquid was 48 hours.During Solid the yeast culture,soybean milk in the amount of 60% of medium,seed lot amount 2 %,temperature 31 ℃,the incubation time of 72 h,the best effect of yeast growth reached,up to 8.3 billion/grams.
