Part 1 introduction to law: sources of law ethics and corporate social responsibility the judicial system and litigation alternative dispute resolution procedures the constitution and the regulation of business administrative agencies and the regulation of business the regulation of business through criminal law. Part 2 Business and private law: torts contract formation sales law and product liability commercial paper and secured transactions international business law rights of consumers, debtors, and creditors consumer protection property law and intellectual property law and computer law. Part 3 Business formation: agency and private employment law business enterprises - noncorporate business entities corporate law and franchising law. Part 4 Business and government regulation: securities law antitrust law legislative control over labour and labour relations employment law and equal opportunity environmental law.
