Effect of plant growth regulators on seed germination and seedling growth of Allium tuberosum.

Abstract

The plant growth regulators of IBA,IAA,GA3and 6-BA were tested to study the effect of IBA,IAA,GA3and 6-BA on seed germination and seedling growth of Allium tuberosum.The results showed that different plant growth regulators and the same plant regulator with different concentration all had different effect on its seed germination and seedling growth,and all tested plant regulators could promote its seed germination and seedling growth and the promotionaction of four plant growth regulatorswas 25mg/L IAA20mg/L6-BA150mg/L GA320 mg/L IBA.
